There is no charge for this service however, subsequent repeated requests may incur a charge or be refused at our discretion
Your right to erasure
To have a right to have the data we store about your permanently deleted. This will permanently remove your account and any associated data. This will not include classified posts you have made for the site unless you expressly list which posts you would like removed. You can request we delete your data by emailing dpo@rhythm.city
Right to restrict processing
You may request we stop processing your data for any reason for example, while you review information you have requested from us. This will temporarily disable your account and make you uncontactable on the platform. You can request we suspend processing your data by emailing dpo@rhythm.city

The security of your data is incredibly important to us however, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We do not disclose any of your data to third parties other than those used for analytics (see below) and performance logging.
